I’m Karla — Holistic Counsellor, Human Design Guide, and fellow traveller on this wild, beautiful midlife journey. Welcome to my little corner of the world — a space created just for women like you.

You might be navigating the waves of perimenopause or post-menopause… juggling the demands of family, work, relationships, and an ever-changing body and mind. Some days you feel strong and steady, other days you feel like you’ve been knocked off your centre. I understand — because I’ve been living it too.
While my own path to healing began at 21, after receiving a string of diagnoses — Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Major Depression, Insomnia, and IBS. That was the start of a decades-long journey of self-discovery, healing, and learning how to care for my mind, body, and soul truly.
Perimenopause has turned me upside down and inside out and has become a doorway, a new awakening, a sacred invitation, a chance to come home to myself.
This began, not all at once. Not gracefully wrapped in moonlight and wisdom. It arrived as many awakenings do — through disruption. Through changes in my body, I couldn’t ignore, through emotions that felt louder, heavier, and more honest than ever. Through a nervous system that no longer tolerated the pace, pressure, and patterns I had lived in for years.
What I discovered is this:
As my hormones shifted, so did my tolerance for self-abandonment. The foods that once “worked” stopped working. The exercise that once felt empowering left me depleted. Pushing through no longer produced results — it produced exhaustion. My body wasn’t betraying me. It was asking me to listen.
So I did. Nervous system regulation became non-negotiable. Gentle strength training replaced running. Blood sugar balance became a foundation for mood, energy, and mental clarity. Breath, rest, and rhythm mattered more than willpower.
And emotionally? Perimenopause stripped away the masks.
Old patterns, subconscious beliefs, and parts of me I had outgrown rose to the surface — not to overwhelm me, but to be seen, felt, and released. Internal Family Systems, EFT tapping, shadow work, meditation, and Human Design aren’t just frameworks I offer — they are part of my everyday life. I use them to regulate, reflect, process, and realign. This work isn’t theoretical for me. It’s embodied.
I’m walking this path alongside the women I serve.
Midlife has brought me deeper self-trust. Clearer boundaries. A stronger, more capable body built for longevity, not aesthetics. A relationship with food based on nourishment rather than control. A rhythm that honours my energy instead of fighting it. And a spiritual depth that only comes from meeting myself honestly.
This is why I do this work. Not because I’ve bypassed the hard parts. But because I’ve walked through them.
I know what it’s like to feel confused in your own body. To wonder why what used to work no longer does. To feel emotional waves that don’t fit your old identity. And I know the power of having guidance that honours the physical, emotional, nervous system, and soul-level changes all happening at once.
Midlife is not the end of your vitality; it’s the beginning of your most aligned chapter.
This season asks you to slow down enough to hear yourself, nourish yourself differently, move differently, and live differently — not from pressure, but from truth.
And when you answer that invitation, everything changes.
